 RETURN POLICY

Effective July 31, 2020

Thank you for visiting SAINT GROM. If you have purchased an item, we hope you love it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase because it is damaged or the wrong size that was ordered, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Because SAINT GROM is a small business, we cannot accommodate every possible reason for a return, and we cannot refund items that are not returned to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please mail your item(s) to the following address: SAINT GROM 1095 Jupiter Park Dr. Ste 2, Jupiter, FL. 33458

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note 

●     Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

●     If an item has already shipped, the customer cannot cancel the shipment and request a refund. They must receive the package and then may return it.

●     If you simply do not want the item once it has been shipped or has been delivered, please be patient with our small business. We want all of our customers to be satisfied; however, returns and exchanges are costly and take time.

●     International shipments can take a couple months to be returned or exchanged.

●     We cannot refund items that are not returned.

●     We may reject your request for a refund if the item is in perfect condition and is the item you ordered.
